End-of-Year / Christmas Sale Terms

  • Sale runs Nov 13,2025 – Dec 20, 2025 (subject to pause based on stock availability).
  • All sale orders are final — no returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  • Orders are processed immediately once payment is confirmed.
  • No modifications after order is placed.
  • Expedited shipping is unavailable during sale periods.

 

Product Information

We will do our best to match each of your exact specifications. As our natural hair is 100% virgin human hair and each piece is peculiar to each individual. Our natural hair comes in straight, wavy, and curly patterns and the color will range between a natural 1b and 2. In some cases, we have natural lighter pieces that are available on request but not guaranteed. Please note that refunds and/or exchanges will not be issued by the dissatisfaction of a texture or color, issues with natural tapering, split ends, shedding, or concerns that are typical with natural hair products. colors may appear lighter or darker as a result of camera photos, please see post for wig details.

Payment Terms

  • Payments are 100% upfront (card or bank transfer).
  • Orders with mismatched billing/shipping addresses require ID verification. (Applicable via website only)
  • Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted.

Order Processing

During SALE / PROMOTIONAL / HOLIDAY periods, processing may be extended by up to 3 additional business days.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Lagos deliveries are fulfilled via local couriers.
  • International orders ship via DHL.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather, holidays, or customs.

Signature & Delivery Responsibility

  • Delivery to the address provided counts as successful delivery.
  • If another person at your address signs for it, the order is considered delivered.
  • We are not responsible for parcels after they have been marked “delivered” by the courier.

Failed Deliveries / Customer Unavailability

  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, the customer is responsible for:
    • Redelivery fees
    • Any additional courier charges
  • Refused, returned, or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refunds.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges may be accepted within 72 hours at our discretion if:

  • The product is unused, unaltered, and in original condition
  • The hair has not been combed, brushed, cut, washed, installed, or detached from its cable ties
  • The customer covers:
    • Return shipping
    • Price difference (if exchanging for a higher value item)

We recommend using a courier that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost parcels during return transit.

Wrong Item Delivered

If the incorrect item, length, or pattern is delivered:

  • We will replace it at no cost once the incorrect item is returned in its original, unused condition.
  • Incorrect items must be returned within 72 hours of receipt.

Defective Items

If you believe your item is defective:

  • You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be returned in full for inspection (photos are not accepted).
  • If verified defective, we will provide a replacement or full refund.
  • If not deemed defective, the item will be returned to you at your expense.

Lost / Delayed Parcels

  • We are not liable for courier , delays, or operational issues, we will do our best to follow up to facilitate your concern
  • For missing parcels, a courier investigation of up to 30 days is required before compensation or replacement can be processed, please share correct information to curb this .

 

International Orders

•Customer is responsible for customs duties, taxes, permits, or additional clearance fees.

 

Policy Changes

• Elles Hair Place may update prices, policies, or procedures at any time.
