Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully. They outline your rights, obligations, and our policies when purchasing from Elle’s Hair Place.

1. Product Information

We strive to meet each customer’s specifications as closely as possible.

  • Our hair is 100% virgin human hair, and each bundle or unit is unique.
  • Available textures include straight, wavy, and curly.
  • Natural color ranges between 1B and 2.
  • Lighter natural shades may be available upon request but are not guaranteed.
  • Variations in texture, tapering, shedding, split ends, and color tone are normal characteristics of natural hair.
  • Color may appear lighter or darker due to lighting and photography.

Refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to:

  • Texture or color preference
  • Natural tapering
  • Minor shedding or split ends
  • General expectations typical of natural hair products

Please review product descriptions and wig details carefully before purchasing.

 

2. Payment Terms

  • Full payment is required at checkout (card or bank transfer).
  • Orders with mismatched billing and shipping addresses may require ID verification (website orders only).
  • Fraudulent activity will be investigated and prosecuted.

3. Order Processing

During sales, promotions, or holiday periods, order processing may be extended by up to three (3) additional business days.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Lagos orders: Delivered via local couriers
  • International orders: Shipped via DHL
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, holidays, or customs clearance.

5. Signature & Delivery Responsibility

  • Delivery to the address provided is considered successful delivery.
  • If a third party at the delivery address signs for the package, the order is deemed delivered.
  • Elle’s Hair Place is not responsible for parcels after they have been marked “delivered” by the courier.

    6. Failed Deliveries / Customer UnavailabilityIf delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability:

    • The customer is responsible for all redelivery fees
    • Any additional courier charges must be covered by the customer

    Refused, returned, or abandoned shipments are not eligible for refunds.

    7. Exchange Policy

    Exchanges may be considered within 72 hours of delivery, at our discretion, provided that:

    • The product is unused, unaltered, and in original condition
    • Hair has not been combed, brushed, cut, washed, installed, or removed from cable ties
    • The customer covers:
      • Return shipping
      • Any price difference for higher-value items

    We strongly recommend using a courier with tracking, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

  • 8. Wrong Item Delivered

    If an incorrect item, length, or texture is delivered:

    • We will replace it at no cost once the incorrect item is returned unused and in original condition
    • Notification and return must be made within 72 hours of delivery

    9. Defective Items

    If you believe an item is defective:

    • Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product
    • The item must be returned in full for inspection (photos are not accepted)
    • If confirmed defective:
      • A replacement or full refund will be issued
    • If not deemed defective:
      • The item will be returned at the customer’s expense

    10. Lost or Delayed Parcels

    • Elle’s Hair Place is not liable for courier delays or operational issues
    • We will assist in following up with the courier where possible
    • Missing parcels require a courier investigation of up to 30 days before compensation or replacement can be considered
    • Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays

    11. International Orders

    International customers are responsible for:

    • Customs duties
    • Taxes
    • Permits
    • Any additional clearance or import fees

    12. Promotions & Coupon Codes

    • Delivery charges apply to all coupon code orders
    • Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers

    13. Policy Changes

    Elle’s Hair Place reserves the right to update prices, policies, and procedures at any time without prior notice.

    14. Copyright & Usage Rights

    All images, content, and materials are the property of Elle’s Hair Place and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without written permission.
